Just Plain Sloppy

Slow Foodies got their hands dirty (and stomachs full) tonight with the teens at the Boys and Girls Club in south Madison. After mixing together free-range meat with onion, mushrooms, and garlic, the group seasoned and baked some kale chips  (a first for many of the kids.) The teens also gave us a great idea for our next cooking session, breakfast burritos! Stay tuned.
